Head south on Dalton St toward Service Ln then turn left into Vautier St. Turn right at Marine Parade and continue for about 11km. Turn left into Mill Toad and travel another 3.5km before turning left into Haumoana Road and then right into Parkhill Road. Continue for another 2km and then turn right into Raymond Rd. Parkhill Estate is located just half a km down Raymond Rd on your left hand side.
